I've finally booked a holiday, and wanted to recommend local agent Kirsty McNiece - Not Just Travel. She's completely independent, and has helped so many of my friends book their adventures, finding options that they hadn't managed to themselves online. She's incredibly knowledgable, and particularly good at helping plan for travel with kids. My girl is already looking forward to her traditional 'choosing of the mad inflatable' when we get there
It’s a minefield out there when looking for flights - so many options and prices! Kirsty found us the best option which suits us perfectly, would have taken me much longer to search and would probably not have found these particular flights. Would highly recommend - and it is all protected so if something goes wrong then Kirsty will sort us out!

We can’t thank you enough for organising our dream honeymoon to Turkey. From the very first conversation, you took the time to really understand what we were looking for — something luxurious, relaxing, and memorable — and you delivered all of that and more. Every single detail was handled perfectly, from the flights and transfers to the accommodation and extras, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
When we arrived, we were thrilled to discover that we’d been given an incredible upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was stunning, the staff were amazing, and everything ran so smoothly. Kirsty’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients really showed throughout the entire process.
What made it even better was how easy everything was. You kept us updated at every stage, checked us in, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible (even a quick chat at the airport!).
We truly had the most wonderful honeymoon — it was everything we’d hoped for and more.

I’ve just returned from a cruise on Ambassador Ambition which we saw advertised on Kirsty’s Facebook page. Kirsty helped us from the start of our booking advising on packages and cabin bookings right thought to the day before departure with advice on checking in etc. This was the 1st time I’d cruised in a very long time so Kirsty’s knowledge of cruising was invaluable. I was looking to book a city break in Rome as a surprise for my wife's 50th. I'd spent some time trawling discount holiday websites looking for ideas, costings etc. but found it rather overwhelming. After one phone call from Kirsty and a few text messages, she found me three more than suitable options within my budget.
She honestly could not have been more helpful. The best part for me was the reassurance that if anything was to go wrong, Kirsty would be on hand to help sort any problems regarding the flight, hotels etc.
The holiday was booked the day after I first contacted Kirsty. Overall I've been very impressed and wouldn't hesitate using Kirsty again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty for any of your travle plans, wherever you choose to go.
Kirsty has helped us plan a much anticipated holiday to LA so I can run around Disney and pretend to be an Avenger basically!! All travel and accommodation expertly sorted even though I kept changing my mind. On arriving in LA it turns out there’s a hospitality strike which I don’t have an issue with. However the protests which involve drums, horns, loudhailers and sirens from 5.30am to after 10pm on a roving basis doing circuits of the hotel building were not going to be conducive to a bit of chill time after a hectic day in the park or stocking up on brekkie to keep us going throughout the day. So with very little notice Kirsty has rearranged all our accommodation while keeping our original wishes and budget intact. She completely took all the stress out of the situation and let us get on with our Avengering. Thanks Kirsty!! So do yourself a favour and let Kirsty make your dream holidays come true. Even if they start to verge on nightmare she’s only a call away to help. I think she might be angling for superhero status herself 😄

What can I say about Kirsty.....she is just amazing! I cannot rate her highly enough I would definitely book holidays again with her in the future. she made our group trip to Italy so easy to book and found us a great deal for what we were looking for! best travel agent around. 5 star ⭐. It's good to know that if anything went wrong while on holiday we can turn to Kirsty for help!
