I was looking to book a city break in Rome as a surprise for my wife's 50th. I'd spent some time trawling discount holiday websites looking for ideas, costings etc. but found it rather overwhelming. After one phone call from Kirsty and a few text messages, she found me three more than suitable options within my budget.
She honestly could not have been more helpful. The best part for me was the reassurance that if anything was to go wrong, Kirsty would be on hand to help sort any problems regarding the flight, hotels etc.
The holiday was booked the day after I first contacted Kirsty. Overall I've been very impressed and wouldn't hesitate using Kirsty again.
